Yes. Many of our models are available for international bookings throughout Europe and globally. Our Grand tier specifically includes EU-wide coverage, and we handle all travel coordination and logistics.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the booking date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 7-14 days incur a 50% fee. Cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for complete details.

Absolutely. You may request specific talent by name, and we will check their availability. If your preferred model is unavailable, our booking team will suggest comparable alternatives that match your creative brief.

Yes, our Atelier tier is designed specifically for emerging brands and smaller productions. We believe in nurturing creative partnerships at every level and are happy to discuss flexible arrangements.

A standard booking includes talent selection and confirmation, scheduling coordination, on-site briefing, and the agreed-upon session time. Additional services such as styling, creative direction, and travel are available depending on your chosen tier.

Our scouting team evaluates potential talent based on professionalism, versatility, unique presence, and alignment with our agency's standards of excellence. We conduct in-person assessments and test shoots before adding anyone to our roster.

All listed prices are net prices. UAEn VAT (Umsatzsteuer) of 20% will be added to the final invoice in accordance with UAEn tax regulations. We provide fully compliant invoices for your accounting needs.

Our Salon and Grand tiers include styling coordination. For the Atelier tier, we can recommend trusted hair and makeup professionals from our network at an additional cost. Full creative direction is available with the Grand package.
